LOCATION PERMISSIONS

 

This form is to certify that members of Prestige Worldwide have permissions from ­­­­_________________________ to film in their premises.

 

Prestige Worldwide reserve the right to:

-      Adjust objects/furniture in the venue to suit the needs of Prestige Worldwide

-      Film anything at the venue keeping the confidentiality of the place

 

Prestige Worldwide will start filming on the 15^th November and finish on the 18^th November with no restricted times this includes everything from retakes, adding scenes to changing the scenery when filming is taking place. The owner also accepts that Prestige Worldwide will own all shots took in their venue. The owner also authorises Prestige Worldwide to hire out the premises and they are assured that the rights granted in this agreement do not effect rights of any right or organisation.
